Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are calculated based on the information provided by our suppliers, as well as the latest courier performances. Please note that actual delivery times may depend on some factors or delays outside our control. To find out the estimated delivery times please refer to the "Delivery & Returns" section for each product available on the product page.

Checking the status of your orders

One you have placed an order with us you will receive an order confirmation email and/or a text message from us which contains a link to view the status of your order. You can visit this order status page any time to view your order status and track your order items. If you have created an account with us you can also login, simply head to the "My Account" section to view your order history and track the status of your orders.

Once your order is dispatched you will be able to access the tracking number and tracking link from your order status page and monitor the tracking updates. It may take between 48 to 72 hours for tracking information to appear or get updated.

Dispatch information

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours from the time full payment has been received. For logistical reasons, products may be delivered in separate shipments. Bargain Town sources products from suppliers in Australia and overseas. Products are shipped directly to our customers using freight partners including (but not limited to) Australia Post. We currently don't offer pick up services, however this may be offered in the near future. If you have any questions or concerns or if you require any assistance please get in touch with us via our contact page prior to placing an order.


Some couriers may leave parcels in a safe place or leave a card for your to collect your parcel from your local post office or other designated courier locations. If you do not wish for a parcel to be left in a safe place (if you are not in attendance at the time of delivery); it is important to contact us via our contact page within 24 hours from the time the order is placed and let us know you would like for the parcel to be taken to the local post office instead.
